KIEV, June 25 - President Viktor Yushchenko has signed a law on banning the gambling business in Ukraine.

Parliament, on June 11 overrode a presidential veto of the law on banning the gambling business in Ukraine. Parliament refused to support presidential proposals on the law.

A government resolution of May 7 suspended the effect of gambling licenses for one month.
