KIEV, June 17 - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has confirmed at 'CCC+' and "uaBB" for the Autonomous Republic of Crimea: on liabilities denominated in foreign currency.
"The Crimea's ratings reflect ratings of Ukraine, including the low predictability of incomes and the small financial flexibility of the region as a whole due to the control by the Ukrainian government," reads a Tuesday report of the agency.
