KIEV, June 1 – The Broadcasting, Radio Communications and Television Concern may take a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the development of digital TV in Ukraine if it fails to agree on raising funds from broadcasters for this purpose.
"It's problematic to work with other banks… Talks with the EBRD were held when the concern was subordinate to the State TV and Radio Broadcasting Committee, and I think we'll be able to return to those negotiations," said Oleh Prozhyvalsky, the head of the State Communications Administration, at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine on Friday.
