KIEV, May 28 – Ukraine could expect for another wave of the banking liquidity crisis this fall, according to Ukrainian businessman and UPEK Industrial Group President Anatoliy Girshfeld.
"The problem of bad credits has not been taken off the agenda, it would only come to the fore... The next wave of the banking liquidity crisis will be linked with the accumulated non-return of credits, and it should be discussed in the fall of 2009. It’s clear that one cannot expect the crediting of the real economic sector in these conditions," Girshfeld said.
The businessman said that the bottom of downturn in Ukraine has not been reached.
