KIEV, May 26 – HeidelbergCement Ukraine, part of the HeidelbergCement Group, is revising the forecast for cement output at its plants in 2009 downwards, said Amvrosiyivka Plant Director Oleksandr Bizhko.

"We can't sell cement just anywhere - we sell it to definite construction objects. If there is no construction going on, we revise out forecast every month, as do all other plants, downward," he said.
