KIEV, May 26 - Libya and Ukraine will increase cooperation, including boosting trade in crude oil and building a joint oil refinery near the Ukrainian seaport of Odessa, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said Tuesday.
Tymoshneko, in Libya for a two-day visit, said Ukraine will start imports of Libyan crude oil, while Libya will consider building the oil refinery capable of refining 10 million metric tons of crude annually.
