KIEV, May 12 – The Constitutional Court on Wednesday may uphold President Viktor Yushchenko’s appeal and reject October 25 as the date of the next presidential election, Ukrayinska Pravda reported Tuesday, citing a source.

The ruling, which was approved on Tuesday, is expected to be announced on Wednesday, according to the Constitutional Court’s press service.
