KIEV, May 12 – The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a resolution amending the entry procedure for foreigners and people without citizenship coming to Ukraine, leaving it or crossing it.

The decision was backed by a resolution of May 6, 2009 (No. 445), the cabinet's Web site reports.

According to the document, foreigners coming from countries with migration risks will have to present financial security proof. Apart from that, financial proof will be checked during an interview at the state border crossings.
