KIEV, April 29 – The fall in electricity consumption in Ukraine in the middle of April against the same period in 2008 was 13.7%, while a week earlier the indicator was better, at 12.4%.
According to a report by the Energy Market state company published on Tuesday, from April 13 to April 19, average daily electricity consumption was 18.61 GW, which is 3.75 GW less year-over-year.
According to the report, Zaporizhia and Dnipropetrovsk regions (32.1% and 30.4% falls) are the leaders in the fall of electricity consumption.
