KIEV, April 28 – The Constitutional Court on Thursday plans to announce a ruling that may prove crucial for the future of Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko’s government, lawmakers said Tuesday.

The ruling, which has been approved at a closed session of the court earlier Tuesday, may give President Viktor Yushchenko the right to dismiss Parliament and to call an early election.
