KIEV, April 21 – Individuals who buy 12-month Ukrainian state treasury bills (T-bills) are exempt from providing documents to prove their identity and the origin of the funds used to buy the securities, according to a cabinet resolution.

Moreover, the government relieved the buyers of T-bills from the need to declare the securities and the funds received from their sale.
