KIEV, April 23 – Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko will meet her Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in Moscow on April 29, restarting bilateral talks a month after they had been postponed by Russia.

Russia postponed the talks seeking to punish Ukraine for its declared intention to cooperate solely with the European Union on modernization of Ukrainian gas pipelines that carry Russian gas to Europe.
