KIEV, April 21 – The main points of the memorandum of economic policy of the Ukrainian authorities, a draft of which was submitted by Ukrainian officials to the International Monetary Fund on April 21, will be known after a final version is signed by the Ukrainian president, premier, finance minister and the National Bank of Ukraine head, according to Oleksandr Shlapak, the first deputy head of the Presidential Secretariat.

"The document is now the subject of talks," he said at a briefing in Kiev, refusing to comment on the essence of the memorandum.
