KIEV, April 17 – The National Electricity Regulatory Commission is to issue a license on the supply of up to 7.5 billion cubic meters of gas per year to Gazprom Sbyt Ukraine.

The head of the legal department at Gazprom Sbyt Ukraine, Adnriy Halushcak, said that the company had submitted an application to receive the license for the supply of natural gas under the non-regulated tariff on conditions applied to other licensees (the standard term is five years).
