KIEV, April 16 – The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers is destroying the country's joint stance on gas transportation system modernization, Presidential Envoy on International Energy Security Bohdan Sokolovsky said.

According to Sokolovsky, Ukraine was successful regarding agreements reached on its GTS on March 23 in Brussels mostly due to its joint stance on the issue.

"This [joint stance] was appreciated by the European Union officials and financial circles. As a result, we have a joint declaration on GTS modernization," he said.
