KIEV, April 13 – Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko should follow foreign policy instructions from President Viktor Yushchenko while restarting talks with Russia over energy issues, a senior Yushchenko advisor said Monday.

Bohdan Sokolovskiy, Yushchenko’s top energy sector aide, suggested Naftogaz Ukrayiny has been “demonstrating more serious attitude towards threats imposed by the gas contracts signed with Russia on January 19.”
