KIEV, April 9 – The Finance Ministry denies there is problem in the financing of the deficit of the national budget for 2009 and said it does not plan to enter the commercial foreign loan markets.

"At present there is no unsettled issue of the financing of the budget's deficit and servicing of the state debt. The problem has been settled," deputy finance minister, Andriy Kravets, said at a briefing in Kiev on Wednesday.
