KIEV, April 6 – Prominvestbank has renewed lending to Donetsk-based Altcom financial and industrial group for the construction of Altcem cement factory near the village of Pryozerne (Crimea) within a credit line worth EUR 186 million.

Prominvestbank stopped issuing loans in autumn 2008 in connection with the problems the bank was facing at that time, and because of the blueprints for the factory's construction were unfinished, Mykhailo Kovaliov, the group's deputy director general told Interfax-Ukraine.
