KIEV, April 3 - Fitch Ratings has downgraded Ukrainian-based steel producer Corporation Industrial Union of Donbass's (IUD) Long-term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) to 'B-' (B minus) from 'B', Fitch said in a statement.

The Outlook on the Long-term IDR is negative. At the same time, the agency affirmed the company's short-term IDR at 'B'. Fitch has simultaneously withdrawn IUD's ratings. The agency said it would no longer provide ratings or analytical coverage on this issuer.
