KIEV, April 3 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny has cleared 11 billion cubic meters of gas previously owned by Swiss-based gas trader RosUkrEnergo through customs, Valentyn Zemliansky, Naftogaz spokesman, said during an internet conference on Thursday.

"This gas (11 billion cubic meters) underwent customs clearance today and is fully owned by the company," he said.

He said Naftogaz paid UAH 6.6 billion in VAT for the customs registration of the gas.
