KIEV, April 3 – The Regions Party, in a surprise move on Friday, lifted its blockade of Parliament to give the government of Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko opportunity to debate and approve its anti-crisis program next week.

The move comes a day after the Regions Party blocked the legislature, effectively suspending the government’s legislative effort.
