KIEV, April 1 – An effective response to the financial crisis requires the toughening of currency regulation, Petro Poroshenko, the head of the Council of the National Bank of Ukraine, said during a roundtable organized by the European Business Association on Tuesday.

"In conditions of crisis, a large number of administrative measures should be used... In conditions of crisis order should be seen," he said.
