KIEV, April 1 – Natural gas transit to the Balkan states is continuing, but the volume of gas has dropped because of a trunk gas pipeline explosion in Transdniestria, national gas company Naftogaz Ukrainy's spokesman Valentyn Zemliansky told Interfax-Ukraine.
"The transit to the Balkan states hasn't stopped, as a number of mass media reported, but has been cut from 40 million cubic meters to 24 million cubic meters a day," he said.
