KIEV, March 30 – Japan’s Mitsubishi Heavy Industries will hammer out the project of constructing underground railway systems in Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk, according to Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.
"We have agreed with one of Japan's companies - Mitsubishi Heavy Industries - that they will study the project on construction of undergrounds in Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk, and we will be able to launch a comprehensive project which will allow us to build metro in these two cities after all," Tymoshenko said at a Saturday briefing on the results of her visit to Japan on March 25-26.
