KIEV, March 24 - Donetsk-based Altcom financial and industrial group on March 28 is to start building the Altcem cement plant in Pryozerne in Crimea with the production capacities of 3 million tons of clinker per year.

"The estimated production capacities of the plant are three million tons of clinker per year. The estimated cost of construction is UAH 3.5 billion. Equipment worth EUR 176 million is supplied by Polysus AG, part of Germany's Thyssen Krupp," reads a company press release.
