KIEV, March 25 - Consumer confidence in Ukraine in February improved in the light of the stabilization on the labor market, reads a press release of the International Center of Policy Studies (ICPS).
"In February 2009, consumer confidence stopped plummeting started in September 2009... at the end of winter 2009 consumer confidence slightly improved, which is evidence of a rise in the consumer confidence index by 0.5 notches to 42.3. The changes in confidence of Ukrainians could be linked with a certain stabilization in the economic situation, in particular, in the state of the currency and labor markets," reads the release.
