TOKYO, July 21 ??“ Ukraine will build a satellite for Japan and will launch two Japanese satellites into space in October, perhaps leading the way for $1 billion in Japanese investments, President Viktor Yushchenko said Thursday.

Yushchenko, on a visit to Tokyo, also said Ukraine would back Japan??™s bid to become a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council to reflect Japanese economic might.
