KIEV, March 18 – Ukraine’s Regional Development and Construction Ministry said that the state will allocate UAH3 billion for the completion of construction projects with a readiness of over 70% by May.

"I hope that [UAH1 billion from the State Mortgage Institution under state guarantees] will be issued within 10 days. The next UAH2 billion foreseen for the refinancing of banks, will be issued within one month," Regional Development and Construction Minister Vasyl Kuybida told the press during a meeting at the ministry held in Kiev on Tuesday.
