KIEV, March 16 – Ukraine is negotiating on a contract for the supply of 50 An-148 airplanes to another country, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said.

"We are discussing a deal for the supply of 50 aircraft with another state," the premier said at a meeting with the employees of Kiev's Aviant state aircraft plant on Monday.

Tymoshenko also said that a contract with India is nearing completion, although the premier did not disclose the volume of that order.
