KIEV, March 13 – The number of Ukrainians hit by the global financial crisis has drastically increased in the last several months.
A poll conducted by the Razumkov Centre for Economic and Political Studies from Feb. 27 through March 2 shows 83.2% of respondents say they felt the effects of the crisis, some 13.2% have not and another 3.6% said it was hard to say.
According to Bychenko the number of people hit by the crisis has increased as compared to December last year (74%).
