TOKYO, July 20 ??“ Bohdan Holding, Ukraine??™s third biggest automaker, will join forces with Isuzu Motors of Japan to expand in Europe and in the Commonwealth of Independent States, according to an agreement signed Wednesday.

The agreement, signed during a visit by President Viktor Yushchenko to Japan, seeks to boost exports of vehicles produced by Bohdan through Isuzu??™s established network.
