KIEV, March 2 – The Ukrspyrt state concern expects to introduce biogas production technologies at 38 domestic distilleries in 2009-2011, according to an Ukrspyrt press release issued on February 27.

The concern expects this will allow it to replace with biogas some 104 million cubic meters, or 27%, of the natural gas consumed by these distilleries.
