KIEV, Feb. 27 – Ukrainian Family, Youth and Sports Minister Yuriy Pavlenko said the estimated cost of reconstructing the Olimpiysky national sports complex in Kiev could change in the light of the financial crisis.

"We'll be able to talk about this after March 25, when we receive plans from the chief designer [Germany's GMP von Gerkan, Marg und Partner Architekten], which will be thoroughly studied by Ukrainian organizations, and [which will give] the final estimated cost of the Olimpiysky sports complex reconstruction," the minister said at press conference in Kiev on Thursday.
