KIEV, Feb. 24 – Ukraine's national nuclear power generating company EnergoAtom will act as an ordering customer for the construction of power units 3 and 4 at the Khmelnytsky Nuclear Power Plant.

The project's feasibility study will be based on the technical specifications of the VVER-1000 (V-392B) reactor.

The Cabinet of Ministers approved a respective proposal by the Fuel and Energy Ministry with under its resolution No. 118 issued on February 18 and posted on the governments' Web site on February 24.
