KIEV, Feb. 25 – The vacancy rate in business centers in Kiev in February grew more than eightfold compared to September 2008, reaching 25%.
The trend mainly affected A-class business centers located in downtown Kiev, according to a Concorde Development survey of the Kiev office real estate market.
