KIEV, Feb. 23 – Ukrainian metals companies are working at 64% capacity, while in first 10 days of November – at the peak of the metals production fall – the facilities were working at 32% capacity, according to Industry Minister Volodymyr Novitsky.
"A positive fact is the monthly cut in stocks of products at ports, which is evidence that the demand for products is at the level of August 2008," Novitsky said at a meeting of an anti-crisis working group held on Feb. 19.
