KIEV, July 7 ??“ Ukraine on Thursday made a second bold step towards joining the World Trade Organization by the end of the year after lawmakers approved a bill easing agriculture and farming imports.

The approval is a victory for the government as the bill is thought to be the second most important piece of legislation after the approval of stronger penalties for CD/DVD piracy Wednesday.
