MOSCOW, Feb. 19 - Moody's Investors Service has downgraded long-term local currency and foreign currency bank deposit ratings of Ukrgasbank to B3 from B2 and its National Scale Rating (NSR) to Baa3.ua from A3.ua.

At the same time, long-term deposit ratings and bank financial strengths rating (BFSR) were placed on review for possible downgrade.
