KIEV, Feb. 10 – Experts from Ukrainian investment companies polled by Interfax-Ukraine have said that there is a high possibility of a delay in the issuing of the second tranche of the stand-by credit to Ukraine by the International Monetary Fund.
"A delay in the issue of a second tranche from the IMF is possible. The IMF mission did not manage to persuade Ukraine to revise the budget," said an analyst from Kiev-based Foyil Securities, Volodymyr Habrielian.
