MUNICH, Germany, Feb. 9 - Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko has urged Europe to produce a uniform system of pricing natural gas and calculating fees for its transit, arguing that this would help remove "the political component" from pricing.

Tymoshenko told the 45th annual Munich Security Conference over the weekend that there exists no coordinated energy policy in the European Union and that the Ukrainian-Russian gas conflict had made this obvious.
