KIEV, Feb. 6 - President Viktor Yushchenko on Friday characterized as “unfriendly” remarks by Russian President Dmitry Medvedev claiming that Ukraine must be legally responsible for disruptions of Russian gas supplies to the European Union.

This is the second day that Ukrainian and Russian leaders have been trading accusations over who has been responsible for the disruptions last months and thus must pay a penalty.
