KIEV, Feb. 4 – The Ukrainian government and the World Bank have started realizing a project for the development of town infrastructure, and the World Bank is allocating a $140 million credit, Municipal Economy Minister Oleksiy Kucherenko said at a press conference in Kiev on Wednesday.
According to information from the ministry issued at the press conference, the credit agreement was signed by the bank and the cabinet on May 26, 2008. The funds are issued under state guarantees for 17 years at Libor+4.01%.
