KIEV, Feb. 3 - France's Soufflet Group, one of the largest malt producers in the world, has bought malt producer Dnipropetrovsk Dnipro brewery from Donetsk-based System Capital Management Group.

"Last year, we finalized a deal for the purchase of the Dnipro brewery," Mykola Horbachev, the director of New World Grain Ukraine Ltd., a part of Soufflet Group, told Interfax-Ukraine on Tuesday.
