KIEV, Jan. 27 - The Russian side is to blame for the lack of results on talks on the division of the Azov - Black Sea region and Kerch Strait, the Director of the First Territorial Department in the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Leonid Osavoliuk said on Tuesday.

He recalled that the 30th round of talks on the separation of the seas and the Kerch Strait was held on Jan. 21-22. "Following the talks, it is possible to conclude that we could not arrive to any positive results. The Russian position changed again and changed not for the better," he said.
