KIEV, Jan. 23 – Ukraine and Romania will carry out a ruling of the United Nation's International Court of Justice on the delimitation of the continental shelf in the Black Sea, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Volodymyr Ohryzko and Romanian Foreign Minister Cristian Diaconescu said after talks between the two in Kiev on Friday.

"I want to stress: this is a decision that will be implemented," Diaconescu said.

Ohryzko said he would not comment on the ruling of the International Court of Justice, but Ukraine would implement it in a full manner.
