KIEV, Jan. 22 – Consumer confidence in Ukraine in December plummeted to its lowest-recorded level, according to the International Center of Policy Studies.
"Ukraine has started feeling the consequences of the downturn. The pace of Ukrainians' consumer confidence is evidence of this. In late 2008, it continued slumping, and the fall of 15.4 notches to 53.9 – an absolute minimum over the whole eight years of monitoring – is evidence of this," reads the document.
