KIEV, Jan. 19 – The United Nation's International Court of Justice will announce its ruling on the delimitation of the continental shelf between Romania and Ukraine and their exclusive economic zones in the Black Sea on Feb. 3, said Vasyl Kyrylych, spokesman for the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.

"The International Court of Justice will make public its decision on this matter in The Hague on Feb. 3," Kyrylych said at a briefing in Kiev on Monday, adding that the two country's delegations are to attend this event.
