KIEV, Jan. 21 - The charred wreckage of an automobile owned by a judge of the Higher Economic Court of Ukraine has been found outside Kiev, with a burnt body in the back seat of the car.

The media liaison department of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry's main office in Kiev told Interfax-Ukraine that the car and body were discovered in the village of Prolisky, Boryspil district, at about 8 a.m. local time on Tuesday.
