KIEV, Jan. 13 – The structural reform of the Ukrainian aviation industry will be done through the privatization of sector companies with the attraction of foreign investment, taking into account situation in the high-technology sector and retaining the state's influence on taking strategic decisions.

This concept for sector development is foreseen in a strategy for the development of aviation industry until 2020 approved by the Ukrainian cabinet on Dec. 27, 2008.
