VILNUS, Jan. 8 - Lithuanian Prime Minister Andrius Kubilius blamed Russia for the "gas war" between Russia and Ukraine and for suspension of gas supplies to some European states.

"Such actions by Russia are really unacceptable, but on the other hand, Russia's behavior should not arouse surprise," he said in an interview with the Ziniu radijas private radio station.
